I bought this for my son and his dad and they absolutely love it. They're getting on the subscription and they do sweat for a living!! It has made a world of difference this summer! We've been having 98° days with heat index of 120°.
Haven't had issues with crashing
65 years old. Leg cramps at night. Manolytes changed that. Going for my next 30 days.
Took a week to adjust but really helps on hydration and able to handle Texas heat better. Looking for more improvement as I continue using it.
My biggest complaint with all these mixes are cheap ingredients and the sweetner used. Cant stand monk fruit. The creatine and magnesium are top notch and love the taste. Totally dissolves can't say anything bad my search has stopped
Im a welder, and come mid-day my hands stop working due to cramps. I also get major leg cramps at night in bed. This is the 1st product that has eliminated these problems. I would suggest the VIP deal. Buy 2 get 1 free every 3 months. I hope in the future there a variety of flavors. Thank you guys

Love the product… But your shipping has a weak point. Every single one of the canisters the tops were cracked upon opening. Either you need to ship in a box or figure out a better way. Somehow they got crushed during shipping. The product itself has been great.
Lemon lightning is delicious. Has everything you need and it mixes well.

Manolytes? Should be called Dynomytes? Stuff is fire. The only better than this stuff? Costs way more per gram.
Great product, and price is nice. The only reason it didnt receive 5 stars is because i messed up and push 4 before I saw it. But its 5 stars for me.
So far I'm on day 19 and beginning to feel the effects in the gym.
Definitely will buy again, been taking over a week feels like back in my 20s, I had muscle cramp and seize up my hands, tired after 2pm, always tired. I do a lot of construction physical demanding work and bad hydration just drinking just water. Best recommended take one scoop in morning with empty stomach before anything. It's way better than Gatorade and Powerade.
Not 100% if I felt much different; definitely didn’t have deeper sleep. I’ve taken other electrolytes on top of higher quality creatine , and I felt the same so that’s good. I suppose. It did help me reduce my energy drink intake. I do like the flavor it does mix nicely but is still a little cloudy even when using the directed amount of water.

Ain’t gonna lie; but I was a little skeptical at first. As a 55 yr old dude working construction in Florida heat; I’ve have tried everything under the sun. Usually by lunch I’m already burned out, cramped out and ready to throw in the towel. This stuff caught my eye; great marketing by the way, and decided to give it a try. Ordered the 3 month subscription so I can give it a honest shot. Order arrived in a timely fashion. Started my daily routine, 4am with glass of water an and one scoop. First day noticed a slow shift in how I was feeling at noon. There was something left in the tank! By day 7 everything was kicking in. Cramping gone! Energy levels are up at end of shift! Been on for it for about 3 weeks now and going strong. Keeping up with the youngsters. Wife’s afterwork “honey to do list” ain’t shit to do now. Even she is impressed by my energy levels off the clock. Can not say enough good things about this stuff. They definitely got the formula right! Manolyte is DyNoMite!!!!!
Well, like anything it takes about 90 days for it to build up in your body to show Real Results so I'm going to wait another 2 months see how it does.
I've definitely noticed an overall boost in energy and focus. However, I have also experienced mild gut "irritation" or rather stimulation.
Manolytes delivers on all of their promises! Being someone who works in hot garages, I sweat a ton, so my hydration is very important. Muscle cramps are all but gone, and I've been waking up earlier than usual every morning to take my dogs for walks. Would recommend!

I believe it has given my body the ability to better use the water I drink because I went from waking 2 x’s each night (every 3hours), to only one time (after6-7 hours of sleep) to urinate. I believe I’m getting better rest as a result.

Love it! Manolytes replaces three things in my stack. Creatine,Electrolytes, etc. Love how quickly it replenishes my electrolytes when I’m dehydrated. Sometimes as quick as 15 minutes. Compared the other name brand powders we all know which take 45 minutes to an hour. Manolytes provides a big bang for the buck!

I haven’t ran in 10yrs. I just recently started working out again. I walk everyday but that’s not the same as running. So i started taking it every day when I get up to start my day. Between this stuff and some supplements…It’s helped out A LOT! I work a lot right now, so having enough energy to come home from and still get a good workout in and run at 50yrs old….is awesome.
