The Process
Manolytes is made in North Carolina with globally sourced, high-quality ingredients in a facility that is cGMP certified and NSF certified. That means the facility itself is audited and held to federal manufacturing standards for cleanliness, process control, and record keeping. Not self-reported. Audited.
When a raw ingredient arrives at the facility, it doesn't go into production. It goes into quarantine, and a sample goes out to third-party testing. Nothing gets released until the results come back and pass.
Each ingredient is tested for identity (is it actually what the supplier claims), purity, potency, harmful pathogens, and heavy metals. If it fails, it gets rejected. It never touches our product.
After your batch is made, it's sent to a third-party lab registered with the FDA. Every single batch runs the full safety panel: heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead), and microbials (E. coli, Salmonella, Staph, yeast, and mold).
Each batch also gets ingredient potency verification. The lab checks specific ingredients against their label amounts, rotating which ones each batch, so every ingredient in the formula gets independently confirmed across batches. This means that the numbers on our label are checked by a lab that doesn't work for us.
