We offer a 90-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us, and we'll refund your purchase price with no questions asked.

Once your refund request is received and approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us again at support@manolytes.com.
Subscription Order Refunds
For subscription orders that have already been charged and shipped, please note the following policy:
- You receive advance notification emails prior to each subscription billing cycle
- You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal
- Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for an immediate refund
If you request a refund after your subscription order has shipped, we require the product to be returned to us first. Upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition, we will process your full refund. Here is the return address:
